Role Description
The volunteer is expected to help with technical website management of events. This includes creation of new events security definitions, integration of the event into the context of the website, etc. All of these activities are based on the underpinning Socious website management software. Further activities deal with the interaction between the Socious based website and external functionality like mobile apps.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Working experience with CMS systems preferred
  • Customer centric behavior
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Self engaged personality
  • Located in NA or EMEA

Efforts
1 hour / week

Benefits
Full conference fee for one of the major conferences per year (AU, NA or EMEA).

Role Description

This committee directs and supports all marketing strategies, concept development and selection of editorial content for all of IDUG’s publications and conference marketing materials. We are seeking a Db2 professional with a background in marketing.

Requirements

  • Market Development, Digital Marketing and Content Marketing experience or ability to learn
  • Understanding of Db2 and related database technologies such as Cloud, AI and Machine Learning
  • Ability to work remotely via email and teleconference

Efforts
Typically 1-2 hours per week, very flexible
