The IDUG DB2 Tech Conference in Sydney, Australia 2016 is taking place this September 13 -16. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, but many of my favorite speakers like Melanie Stopfer, Terry Purcell, Matt Huras and John Campbell will be there giving great presentations.
The AU Conference Planning Committee has been working very hard on this conference. Thank you to Randall Ibbott, Zhenjie Liu, David Lynch and Paul Murray for all your efforts on creating an excellent event. The liaisons to the committee, Neale Armstrong, Timothy Brown, Paul Casson, David Linsell, Attila Fogarasi, Bob Vargo and Tori Sheldon provide a lot of support to the committee and as a community, we all reap the benefits.
If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry! There is still plenty of time to register for IDUG in Sydney. Register today so you don’t miss the fantastic technical presentations, networking opportunities, free certification seminars and free certification exams. You can also attend a full day of education on Spark with hands-on exercises instructed in-person by Spark experts.
To help grow our IDUG community, sign up as a mentor and help a mentee learn more about IDUG. Mentee’s also get a great conference rate.
If you cannot attend IDUG in Sydney then perhaps you can make it to Brussels for the EMEA Conference, taking place November 13 – 17. Registration for the event is open. Browse the full conference agenda for the event to see the excellent education lineup.
