Coming back from vacation update

It is amazing how quickly time passes when you’re having nice time… or when you have a lot of work. Or both :)

My Croatian summer tour is, unfortunately, over. After so much sun and sea and fantastic food, it is always a bit hard to adjust to real life. Here’s to hoping for a slightly slower August…

Although, if you take a look at IDUG’s list of events, it is not likely that there will be a lot of rest. If you haven’t, please do, as agendas are now available for events in Brasilia, Sao Paolo, Sydney, and Malta.

I’m delighted to say that events in Brasilia and Sao Paolo are just about sold out. I’m very excited to see how these go since it’s the first time in a long, long while that IDUG has been in that part of the world. If you’re attending, please share your feedback, impressions, and suggestions for future events.

Also, IDUG in Sydney is just around the corner as well. The agenda has been published recently and looks great! Three days packed with great sessions, fantastic speakers, crammer courses and workshops, and a chance to get certified! Check out the website for detailed information about the conference program and registration options.

Apart from the events that are going on almost every month now, IDUG bloggers are also very active. There are three new available articles that were posted during last month. There are also five scheduled webcasts in the upcoming months. Make sure you check our Content Blog and Tech Channel to find out about content available to IDUG members that might be of interest to you. You do need to be logged in to access the content.

Lots of other things are going on as well, however there are still not many confirmed changes or things to share. So, look out for next month’s blog; there might just be something coming up for you :)

Enjoy your August and talk to you in a month!
