Wow – this has been one of the busiest months in IDUG history! Where do I start…First, IDUG has formed an agreement with IBM to join the IBM Customer Advisory Councils (CAC) for DB2 LUW and z/OS. I am pleased to act as our first Participant Representative.
Dear IDUG Membership,This month, I want to discuss a newer part of the IDUG experience that I am very proud of. A few years ago, IDUG started a program to help newer DB2 professionals receive training and make professional contacts through IDUG.
Dear IDUG Membership,I knew when I became president of IDUG I would write a short message to you each month, but I planned to remove that photo we use for the eBulletin. As an introvert, one of the last things I wanted was to have my photo going out each month.
Dear IDUG Membership, I am honored to serve you as President and look forward to the coming year. We are well underway in IDUG’s 25th anniversary year, a time to reflect on our past successes and look to the next 25 years of success.
Dear IDUG Membership,What a busy month! There’s a saying about weather’s transition to spring that you may know: “March comes in like a Lion and goes out like a Lamb.” In IDUG terms, March came in like a Lion and went out like a Lion, and there is no slowing down in April!
