April 2015 “Fun with SQL” fourth Challenge
This month on the Content Committee blog we’ll be doing an online version of the “Fun with SQL” dojo. Each week we’ll present an SQL challenge and request the community to solve it.
Happy holidays from IDUG! I hope you have enjoyed spending time with friends and family throughout the past month celebrating the holidays and the New Year. In 2015, IDUG will experience many new and exciting changes.
This is the note that comes with mixed feelings as it is the last one I write as IDUG’s president. It has been an extremely busy year that has absolutely flown by with much joy. I want to thank you, the IDUG community, for allowing me this opportunity to serve you.
Performance applies to people as well as processes. DBAs need to keep on their toes, take on all sorts of responsibilities, and keep themselves current. Robert Goodman of Florida Hospital tells us how to be a highly effective DBA!
Dear IDUG Membership,I knew when I became president of IDUG I would write a short message to you each month, but I planned to remove that photo we use for the eBulletin. As an introvert, one of the last things I wanted was to have my photo going out each month.
