This presentation will give you an overview of each of the DB2 core engine data movement utilities: Load, Import, Export, db2move, admin_copy_schema, admin_move_table, db2relocatedb, restore from backup, split mirror and SQL replication. These will be compared to each other so that you can get a good idea of when to use and not to use each of them. To help round out the discussion a comparison to the Oracle database core engine data movement utilities will be made where applicable.
