The job of delivering 24 x 7 availability is a complex one. This presentation discusses some of the ways that DB2 data sharing design, as well as data sharing setup and tuning, help deliver 24 x 7 availability. Beyond the data sharing considerations, there are other ‘tricks of the trade’ that will also contribute to full-time availability.
