SPEAKERS: Frank Petersen (Bankdata)

This presentation will be a continuation, yet stand-alone capable, of last years presentation "Itís dynamic - should I consider to PANIC".Where last years presentation (among other things) had some theoretically suggestions about what can be done to capture dynamic SQL and doing EXPLAIN of this; this presentation will be a walk-through of a physical implementation that Bankdata has made according to these suggestions.Bankdata has made first version of an implementation where we catch dynamic SQL and document the accesspath selections. This documentation is saved in a historical database for both dynamic and static SQL. This solution will be described in detail, covering both how it was done, problems met and successes experienced (if any).
