Creating useable and accurate image copies are perhaps the most important function of the production DBA. Having an automated process to copy tablespaces is vital in a large production environment, and can remove the tedious process of updating jobs when tablespaces are created or dropped. Using DB2's templates, listdefs, copy function, and a few Rexx routines, learn how to customize the image copy process at your work.
