The INDREF option allows you to specify the percentage of the
rows that are indirectly referenced when having the REORG decide
tablespaces to REORG. If the percentage of rows in the tablespace
than the percentage specified with INDREF, then the tablespace will
REORGed. If the tablespace pectentage is less than the INDREF
the tablespace will not be REORGed.
