DB2 z/OS V8 - DBRM conversion form Unicode to EBCDIC
APAR OA07685 enhances the ISPF Browse function to support UNICODE. If
you have this functionality, you can browse the DBRM member in ISPF,
issue the DISPLAY UTF8 command, and it displays the DBRM like you were
used to seeing prior to unicode. The APAR provides more functionality
than just the UTF8 display; it is all explained in the apar description.

If I would say that I am want to develop an utility/program to convert
Unicode DBRM to EBCDIC assuming there were no new V8 functions in the
DBRM. What you think? Do you see any business justification?

I know that we do have a concern on migration and binding of DBRMs from
V8 NFM (development subsystem) to V8 CM/ENFM (production subsystem).
