DB2 v8 coprocessor

DB2 v8 coprocessor
We are in the process of converting our Enterprise v3.4 compile procedure to use the DB2 (v8) coprocessor. The cobol listing produced contains the unconverted 'EXEC SQL' statements. Does anyone know if it is possible to generate the call statements in place of the 'EXEC SQL' statements when using the DB2 Coprocessor (similar to the preprocessor)? We are using Intertest for debugging our online programs and the source mapping appears to be based on the generated statements.
