DB2 V8 Z/OS Null indicators and host variable
Hi Group,
This is a question I recently received from a developer.

If a host program sets a field to spaces then that program receives a
value of a nullable column into that field and its associated
null-indicator where the "value" in the column is null can it be assumed
that the field still contains spaces.

I hope this makes sense.
