It is very sad that i have to post this.

It goes without saying that the Administrators of this reflector will
NOT tolerant any prejudicial/racist, posts OF ANY SORTS.

In this case a personnel attack was against the undersigned with no
provocation of any sort.

I do want to make it clear that the decision to deactivate the user
was not by me (as I was the target of post, and therefore asked the
other ADMINs to do what they thought was right)

There is NO place in this forum, (or for that matter in any place as
far as I am concerned) for narrow minded, prejudicial comments/people.

We, as a community, have worked hard to provide the support and
networking opportunities that make this reflector unique. And we are
determined to keep that way.

Along these same lines.

There will be NO discussion concerning this matter on the listserv PERIOD.

Any discussion only enables this individual. I will not stoop down to
his level and hope you will agree.

If anyone wants to comment please do so directly to the admins and NOT
through the listserv.

(in response to Robert Galambos)

Hi Robert,

Can I be of any service? I was a qualified DB2 Consultant and I am a former (EMEA) IDUG conference comittee member. I changed careers and at the moment I am a Community Manager in charge of several Enterprise Communities. In this field we have a lot of challenges to deal with. These challenges are kind of the same as on DB2-L.

I am familiar with your targetgroup and expirienced in this (community) field. I used DB-L I guess since 1996. I would very much like to discuss this topic with you and the approach(es) and challenges in managing communities..

With kind regards,

Jaap Slot
