Yes. I would guess around a handful of tables per year. We do not use BACKUP SYSTEM.

Just out of curiosity and to point out something at my latest assignment. How many of you have had to recover tables in your production environment due to application errors in say the last year? If you have had to recover tables/system, how frequently has it occurred?
