That's a bit confusing! PI73882 / UI44914 held up quite a few PTFs
we wanted in our last round of maintenance.
So, PI73882 is marked as PE and refers to 3 fixing APARs. One of
these (PI84430) has a v12 PTF but not one for v11 but, as you said,
PI86574 does have a v11 PTF and is the fix for PI84430 as well,
even though there's no mention of it in PI84430.
I ought to read things more thoroughly! I've just run an APPLY
CHECK for UI44914 and it looks OK now, saying that the PTF for
PI8657 supercedes PI84430.
