Z/OS DB2 V11 CM mode SQLCODE=-4700
Hi All,    Thanks for any help you can provide.
We just upgraded to V11 CM mode over the weekend. Having trouble with creating UDFs now. The create works fine, not using any V11 NFM functions. However, when we compile a COBOL program that uses the newly created function we get a -4700 ATTEMPT TO USE NEW FUNCTION BEFORE NEW FUNCTION MODE. We checked the compile and its using NEWFUN(V10). Not sure where to go from here, while we wait on PMR.

I would guess it is the
BUSINESS_TIME SENSITIVE etc. Plus the other two ones. Default is YES.

Hello Dave.

In my shop, I've created and used UDFs successfully in V11 CM.

Does your UDF work in QMF/SPUFI/Excel/etc.?

Can you provide the create function DDL?

Shay.
