Db2 11.1 for z/OS and Spring Batch

Db2 11.1 for z/OS and Spring Batch
Anyone have any experience with Spring Batch and Db2? We are attempting to
create a file driven process as well as a cursor driven process. What we use
for chuck size and commit interval has not translated into what we would
think of as Db2 units or work. Basically, every query comes through as it's
own transaction. For example, we have an 11 records input file, and 4 Db2
cursors. This becomes 44 transactions in Db2, one per cursor per record. In
addition, we disabled autocommit and now every transaction rolls back
instead of committing.

Thanks,

Dan

Db2 and Spring Batch
(in response to Daniel Luksetich)
I had the opportunity recently to work with a team testing Spring Batch
against a Db2 database. One of the guys on the team wrote an article about
our experience. Check it out. Very mainframe like behavior with very little
programming required!
