DB2 z/OS Question: V12 Reorg Feature to create a new non-sequential PBG part when out of space in the parts being reorged

This is the feature where if you reorg part 2:3 of a four-part PBG and run out of space in those two parts after putting back the free space, the V12 reorg proceeds to create a new partition five (because part four already exists) and writes the remaining data out to partition five.  (See Chapter 11.3.3 "Improved partition-level PBG REORGs" in DB2 V12 Technical Overview.)

Does anyone know if this feature has-been/will-be retrofitted to DB2 V11?  Or know how to find this out?

Thanks in advance.
