DB2 UDB Partitioned Environment

Hi,
I have a DB2 UDB Paritioned environment . I have a 6 child Nodes and one Master Node for DB2 UDB Partitioned database. I want to disable archiving for this db2 database.

If I execute below commands on Master Node and restart the db, will it be sufficient to disable archiving across all the child nodes or are there any additional steps needed to disable archiving on the child nodes. your help is greatly appreciated.

db2 update db cfg for <SID> using logretain off

db2 update db cfg for <SID> using LOGARCHMETH1 OFF

Thanks,

Nagesh.

Each node has its own copy of the database config so yes, do at all nodes.  Not sure what you mean by a Master node - you mean the catalog and/or the node where connections come in?

You could use a db2_all to run a command on all nodes if you prefer.
