- Cancellations: Registration fees for the IDUG NA Virtual Tech Conference are non-refundable. Your $199 includes access to the virtual conference live kickoff event, three additional weeks of exclusive conference content, and session recordings to be released after the event, as well as a year-long premium membership which gives you access to exclusive content starting the day you complete your registration.
- Substitutions: Prior to July 20, your registration & premium membership can be transferred to another person. Please contact email@example.com to do so. Once the conference begins, your registration & premium membership will no longer be eligible for transfer.
- Credit Card Types: IDUG accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Check Payments: IDUG accepts checks. You may complete this process through the onsite registration form. Once you hit the payment page, select “pay by check”. An invoice will appear for processing.
