Begin receiving weekly code usage reports to be delivered every Wednesday complete with  total number of times your code has been used, the number of qualified registrations towards your comps and the number of comps you have earned.

Set up and Breakdown Times:

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extremely tight move-in schedule, it is important to arrive at your assigned time to allow for adequate setup. Rest assured, ODTUG is working to secure earlier access to the Impact Zone to provide additional setup time.  **

Break down begins when afternoon sessions start. All carriers must be checked in by 4:00 p.m.
 All materials must be removed from show floor by 6:00 p.m. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.
