Key Deadlines and Dates:

Tuesday, March 24	Partner Onboarding Call (1 of 2) at noon ET. View the recording here.
Wednesday, April 16	Begin receiving weekly code usage reports to be delivered every Wednesday complete with total number of times your code has been used, the number of qualified registrations towards your comps and the number of comps you have earned.

Friday, May 1	Vendor Presentation content is due please submit your session information here.
Friday, May 15th	Freeman will begin accepting crated, boxed or skidded material to advanced warehouse. The address can be found in the Freeman Quick Facts document below.
Monday, May 18th	Last day to receive standard discounting pricing on Freeman items (furniture, carpet, etc.)
Thursday, May 21st	Deadline to book in the rooming block at the Gaylord Rockies & Convention Center. (link below)
Thursday, May 21st	Deadline to order turnkey booth (in Freeman exhibitor portal)
Friday, May 22nd	Deadline to submit graphics for print at Freeman
Monday, May 25th	Memorial Day- ODTUG and Freeman offices will be closed
Thursday, June 4th	Deadline to register Company Representatives (instructions below) or purchase additional CR registration(s) for $1,200 ea.
Thursday, June 4th	Deadline for Validar (lead retrieval) physical device pre-orders. Personal device licenses are available until event start. (link below)
Friday, June 5th	Deadline to submit push notifications. Please submit your content here.
Tuesday, June 9th	Last day advance shipments can arrive at Freeman warehouse without surcharges. Shipments will be received Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. local time.
Sunday, June 14th	First day advance shipments can arrive at the Gaylord Rockies & Convention Center. (address below)

Set up and Breakdown Times:

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extremely tight move-in schedule, it is important to arrive at your assigned time to allow for adequate setup. Rest assured, ODTUG is working to secure earlier access to the Impact Zone to provide additional setup time. **

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Exhibitor Move Out

Break down begins when afternoon sessions start. All carriers must be checked in by 4:00 p.m.
All materials must be removed from show floor by 6:00 p.m. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.
